Social events, including an Ice-Breaking Party (on Sunday, June 14), a Welcome Cocktail (on Monday, June 15), an exhibition (games and sports) on Basque culture (on Thursday afternoon, June 18), and the Conference banquet (on Thursday evening, June 18) will take place along the conference, open to all of the attendees at no extra cost.

A social programme will be proposed to accompanying persons, apart from the Conference, at additional cost. It will provide a unique occasion to learn about Basque culture.
